Smola (resin) punjena keramikom s izuzetno visokom čvrstoćom i otpornošću na temperaturu

Ultracur3D® RG 3280 je prvi kompozitni materijal u liniji rigid proizvoda. Zbog visokog udjela keramičkih čestica (keramička smola), ovaj materijal ima izuzetno visoku krutost od oko 10 GPa i HDT B iznad 280 °C.

Ova izvanredna svojstva postavljaju Ultracur3D® RG 3280 ispred ostalih smola. Osim toga, unatoč visokom sadržaju keramičkih čestica, viskoznost je niska i taloženje čestica je ograničeno, što ovu smolu čini vrlo jednostavnom za korištenje i tiskanje. Njegova visoka krutost i otpornost na temperaturu čine ga savršenim materijalom za testiranje alata, modeliranje i ispitivanje u zračnom tunelu.

Materijal je bijele boje i na dodir podsjeća na keramiku.
